So far, we have achieved the following:

We are pleased to share that many significant improvements have begun in your apartments and building:

• Bathroom renovations: New tiles, toilets, tubs, vanities, sinks, medicine cabinets, shower rods, towel bars, and shower controls for a fresh, modern look.
• Electrical updates: New lights, switches, and outlets installed in most units to ensure everything is safe and up to date.
• Vents have been cleaned and vent covers have been replaced to improve air circulation in your home.
• Plumbing improvements: Domestic water valves replaced to keep your system running smoothly.
• We have installed temporary construction signage in our Management and Construction Offices.
• Safety: For everyone’s safety, sidewalk scaffolding has been installed to provide protection for pedestrians while work is being done on the building
• The water storage tank was replaced.

If we missed your scheduled time, or if work could not be completed due to access, please call us to reschedule. We’ll be happy to accommodate you

Here’s what you should expect:

• General rehabilitation work in apartments will continue this month. This work includes installing a new smoke detector system, updating flooring, painting the entire unit, and replacing interior doors, closet rods, and shelves.
• We will begin mobilization of free community WIFI, notices will be distributed at the end of the month.
• We will begin installing cameras throughout the property.
• We will continue to upgrade boiler rooms.
• Construction Office will be closed on Monday February 16^th please call the 24/7 hotline at 866-246-0377 if you need any assistance.

Hasta el momento, esto es lo que hemos logrado

Estamos muy contentos de compartir con ustedes que ya se han completado muchas mejoras importantes en sus apartamentos:

• Renovaciones en los baños: Nuevos azulejos, inodoros, bañeras, lavamanos, lavabos, gabinetes de medicina, barras para toallas, varillas de ducha y controles, para dar un aspecto moderno y fresco.
• Actualizaciones eléctricas: Nuevas luces, interruptores y enchufes instalados en la mayoría de las unidades para mayor seguridad y actualización.
• Limpieza y reemplazo de ventilaciones: Se renovaron las ventilaciones de cocina y baño para mejorar la circulación del aire.
• Plomería: Se reemplazaron válvulas de agua para mantener el sistema funcionando sin problemas.
• Queremos informarles que hemos colocado señalización temporal de construcción en las oficinas.
• Seguridad: Se instaló andamiaje en las aceras para proteger a los peatones mientras se realizan los trabajos en la fachada.

Si no pudimos completar el trabajo en el horario programado o no hubo acceso al apartamento, por favor llámenos para reprogramar. Con gusto los atenderemos.

A  continuación, se detalla lo que pueden esperar

• Los trabajos generales de rehabilitación en los apartamentos continuarán este mes. Estos trabajos incluyen la instalación de un nuevo sistema de detectores de humo, la actualización de los pisos, la pintura completa del apartamento y el reemplazo de puertas interiores, barras de clóset y estantes.
• Comenzaremos con la implementación del WIFI comunitario gratuito. Los avisos se distribuirán a finales de mes.
• También comenzaremos la instalación de cámaras en toda la propiedad. Vamos a seguir con las mejoras en las salas de calderas.
